Objective
For this use case, the focus was on streamlining supplier onboarding and contract management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power BI. The objective was to create an efficient, data-driven onboarding framework that ensures compliance, reduces onboarding time, and provides visibility into supplier performance.

Process
The supplier onboarding process follows a structured approach to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless integration. It begins with an initial assessment, where suppliers are evaluated based on pre-defined criteria, compliance checks, and approvals using Dynamics 365. ​
Once qualified, contracts are drafted, negotiated, and legally reviewed before finalization.

Finally, after a comprehensive compliance review, the supplier is fully activated for ongoing transactions, ensuring a smooth and accountable onboarding experience.Next final step is tracking and reporting. ​
