I’m Roxana, a curious mind with a passion for structure, innovation, and the art of solving complex problems. If there’s one thing I believe in, it’s that every challenge has a solution—you just need the right mix of strategy, adaptability, and creativity to find it.
Five years ago, I took a leap and moved from Bucharest to Germany, captivated by the stunning landscapes, the charm of its historic towns, and the balance between modern innovation and timeless tradition. This move wasn’t just a change of scenery—it was a shift in perspective, opening doors to new opportunities.
Professionally, I bring extensive experience as a PMO, having worked in fast-paced startups as well as established global giants. My career has been shaped by international environments, where I’ve navigated complex projects and ensured teams work efficiently.

Beyond my hands-on expertise, I am a Certified Scrum Master and hold a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification.
